Starting Monday, March 21, Rockhill is returning to normal function with regards to client flow/ check-in / check-out procedures. Clients will be permitted to wait in the waiting room or have the options to wait in their car until their appointment time. Clients will continue to have the options to wait outside for the entire appointment process for their pet.
Masks will be optional for clients and staff.
COVID policies may change in the future depending on the CDC recommendations, local virulence/recommendations, and positive COVID test results of staff members.
